Specialties

  • Authentic identity formation

Authentic identity formation helps you clarify who you are, what matters to you, and how you want to live. We focus on unmasking, reconnecting with your core self, and building agency so your life feels self-directed rather than shaped by others’ expectations.

  • Complex trauma (C-PTSD)

Complex trauma reflects the impact of long-term trauma on the nervous system and sense of self. Together, we address shame, attachment wounds, and survival patterns so you can feel safer in your body, more connected to yourself, and more able to engage in meaningful relationships.

  • Life Transitions

Even expected changes can feel destabilizing. We explore meaning, grief, and identity disruption while providing a steady, supportive space as you move through periods of transition.

  • Neurodivergence

Neuro-affirming therapy views neurodivergence (including ADHD and autism) as a natural and valid variation in human wiring. We focus on regulation, executive functioning, and self-trust while addressing burnout, overwhelm, and shame, so you can build systems and strategies that work with your brain, not against it.

  • Relationship Issues

Humans are wired for connection, and our relationships deeply impact our well-being. We explore attachment patterns, boundaries, and communication while supporting relational repair and healthier ways of connecting.
