The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.
— Carl Rogers

Hi, I’m Amanda!

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or like you’ve had to shrink yourself just to survive, you’re not alone. I’m here to help you reclaim your voice, reconnect with your creativity, and live boldly—reminding you that you are never too much, too sensitive, too weird, or too anything. You are always enough. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you; it’s about remembering you were never broken. I use humor, curiosity, and empathy to create a space where you can unmask, challenge societal expectations, and define life on your own terms.

I take an integrative approach to therapy, primarily drawing from person-centered, relational-cultural, attachment-based, and existential therapies. With over 10 years of experience in the mental and behavioral health fields, I bring both professional and lived experience to support clients with compassion and authenticity.

My Therapeutic Lens

  • Person-Centered

Person-centered therapy (PCT) is a supportive, non-judgmental approach that honors your lived experience and inner wisdom. You are the expert on your life, and therapy is a collaborative space where we work together to help you access the tools you already have. Rooted in empathy, presence, and trust, PCT supports your natural capacity to grow and heal.

  • Relational-Cultural

Relational-cultural therapy (RCT) is based on the belief that healing happens in connection, not isolation. It explores how relationships, power, identity, shame, and societal expectations shape your emotional world and sense of self, supporting growth through authenticity, mutual empathy, and meaningful connection.

  • Attachment-Based

Attachment-based therapy explores how early relationships and past experiences shape the way you connect, feel, and relate today. It builds awareness around emotional patterns, boundaries, and attachment styles, helping you understand why you respond the way you do and how to create healthier, more secure relationships.

  • Existential

Existential therapy explores life’s big questions around meaning, purpose, freedom, responsibility, and what truly matters. It supports you in making sense of who you are, how you choose to live, and how to face uncertainty, change, and mortality with more intention and authenticity.
